The policy describes request content as messages, attached files or images, retrieved knowledge passages and conversation history. Users choose the model before each message, determining which provider receives the request. TextCortex says these providers operate under data processing agreements requiring confidentiality, security measures and processing only on its instructions. The agreements prohibit providers from using that content to train their models.
