What’s disclosed
Reflection AI signed a Nebius compute agreement worth more than $1 billion that provides access to NVIDIA chips through 2029. The agreement includes NVIDIA GB300 chips and covers future capacity for training and deploying AI models. Nebius CEO Arkady Volozh named Reflection among four newly closed core AI cloud deals and said the capacity would come online later in 2026. Nebius said all four customers validated its technology through hands-on proofs of concept before signing. It also reported discussions with all four about additional capacity and next-generation chips, including Vera Rubin.
Forbes reports that Reflection plans to use the Nebius compute to train its open-source models. Cofounder and CTO Ioannis Antonoglou said the additional capacity would support building and training frontier AI models at scale. He also said the company planned to release its open-source model later in 2026.
Reflection also names Nebius as a launch platform partner offering its Beam model.
