Tavily announced that it was a launch partner for the Databricks MCP Catalog. The Marketplace integration creates an authenticated Unity Catalog connection and exposes Tavily MCP through Databricks-managed proxy endpoints.

In a demonstration, Databricks evangelist Viktoria Semaan connects Tavily web search to an Agent Bricks supervisor agent alongside an internal-data agent.

Tavily’s team also proposed an AppKit plugin for Databricks Apps supporting web search and content extraction, with crawling and deep research proposed for later.
