Genesis Molecular AI develops artificial intelligence models and software for small-molecule drug discovery, supporting its own drug programs and pharmaceutical partners including Incyte and Gilead. Its GEMS platform helps medicinal chemists generate candidate molecules, predict their properties, examine molecular structures and choose compounds for synthesis and laboratory testing. GEMS incorporates Pearl, a foundation model that predicts three-dimensional protein–ligand structures, alongside models for potency, selectivity and drug-relevant properties such as solubility and metabolic stability.
