How they use Tavily
Eulex lists Tavily as an optional subprocessor for retrieving public web results in Prompt Navigator. The service may determine from a user’s prompt that web retrieval would be useful. Before sending a request to Exa or Tavily, it presents a toggle that lets the user disable web search.
When search is disabled, neither provider receives a retrieval request for that interaction. When enabled, Eulex sends an AI-revised and summarized query derived from the prompt, designed to remove personal data where feasible.
