How they use Nebius Token Factory
Voicely sends transcribed dictation to Nebius Token Factory for text enhancement. Its original policy identifies GPT-OSS-120B, the eu-north1 region and a technical restriction against other Token Factory regions. Speech recognition uses ElevenLabs or runs on the device in Privacy Mode. RelationFlow Ltd operates Voicely.
Voicely requests no logging for each ElevenLabs dictation. Its policy says ElevenLabs applies that setting only under its enterprise plan and retains audio and recognized-text processing logs during live transcription. When Voicely exceptionally falls back to batch processing, it immediately deletes the resulting transcript through ElevenLabs’ deletion endpoint.
