How they use Nebius AI Cloud
Transcripta Bio develops drugs by comparing disease signatures with the effects of compounds on gene expression. Its Conductor AI platform uses transcriptomic data to identify compounds that could reverse disease signatures. Nebius described its atlas as containing over a billion gene responses.
Transcripta Bio won the Genomics and Multiomics category of the inaugural Nebius AI Discovery Awards in June 2025. The award provided Nebius AI Cloud GPU credits. VAST Data subsequently reported that Transcripta Bio was deploying the awarded resources for its research. Ronald van Loon’s interview post with team members also described Nebius support for scaling their transcriptomic research.

transcriptabio.comTranscripta Bio, operated by Transcripta Bio, Inc. in Palo Alto, develops drug candidates using transcriptomic profiling and artificial intelligence. Its Disease Signature Atlas maps gene expression in patient cells, its Drug-Gene Atlas measures how compounds change that expression, and Conductor AI identifies molecules that could reverse disease signatures. The company advances neurological and neuromuscular disease programs, including autism spectrum disorder, Huntington’s disease and muscular dystrophies. It also works with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, disease foundations and academic laboratories on drug discovery.
