How they use Tavily
Tenshen uses Tavily's news search API to fetch candidate articles when curated news is enabled for an account. Search queries draw on active project names, linked organizations, recent work contacts paired with their employers, and distilled topic phrases.
Its privacy policy lists Tavily as a subprocessor for this workflow. Tavily receives the queries and their responses. The policy says it does not receive task bodies, notes, conversation content, calendar entries or briefings. The policy's change history records adding Tavily to the curated-news layer.
