What’s disclosed
TD SYNNEX is a technology distributor in the Business services category. It offers Nebius AI Cloud capacity to its partners for enterprise training and inference. It launched its AI Infrastructure-as-a-Service offering in North America in October 2025 and announced dedicated NVIDIA HGX B300 clusters in April 2026. Nebius said TD SYNNEX selected it as its preferred AI Infrastructure-as-a-Service partner in North America. CRN reported a reservation of more than 1,000 GPUs under a one-year agreement, with availability expected from July. Partners can allocate reserved capacity directly to customer workloads and combine Nebius infrastructure with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, including NIM microservices and AI Blueprints, ISV platforms and services. TD SYNNEX said the offering aligns with NVIDIA Enterprise Reference Architecture. TD SYNNEX said partners can provision NVIDIA GPU capacity in hours and reserve instances for predictable costs, without upfront hardware investment. Nebius describes segmented compute environments and solution testing with guidance from its infrastructure experts. Jack Donato said MSPs would use the reserved capacity to deliver managed AI services under predictable SLAs. Francisco Criado said TD SYNNEX planned to seek additional capacity through a subsequent data center buildout once the initial allocation sold.
Aible has installed its agent platform on Nebius as part of the offering. Aible described the joint solution as supporting governed, long-running agents for enterprise analytical and operational workflows, with a path from air-gapped prototyping on NVIDIA DGX Spark to enterprise-scale deployment on Nebius AI Cloud. Nebius described a workflow in which sensitive data stays local and only the validated agent artifact is published to Nebius for scaled inference.
Nebius listed TD SYNNEX as a channel ecosystem partner in its May 2025 earnings presentation. In March 2026, Aible named TD SYNNEX as a distributor of joint solutions involving Nebius and announced a planned demonstration of Aible on NVIDIA DGX Spark and other platforms at the TD SYNNEX booth at NVIDIA GTC.
