Stage5 develops AI agents and software for construction companies, connecting field crews’ WhatsApp and Telegram conversations with office records. Its operational Site Journal AI turns messages, voice notes, photos and delivery documents into daily work journals and organized project information. The platform also provides document filing, site assistance and an office workspace, with optional connections to existing business systems. Its second product, BidPilot AI, is under development with design partners to classify tender documents, prepare subcontractor work packages, track quotations and compare bids.
