How they use Tavily
Senitix uses Tavily for Senitix AI’s web search when a user enables that feature. Senitix AI generates a search query and sends it to Tavily, which returns search results. Queries can include customer data, and Tavily processes them in the United States.
Senitix lists Tavily among its current sub-processors. It separately identifies Amazon Bedrock as the service running the models behind Senitix AI. Senitix says customer data is not sent to the model developers or used to train AI models. Senitix AI conversations are deleted after 180 days without activity.
