How they use Nebius

Revolut uses Nebius AI Cloud for model training and production inference across more than 200 NVIDIA H100 GPUs. Its PRAGMA behavioural-events model trained on a dedicated 64-H100 cluster using more than 40 billion events from 25 million users. PRAGMA was developed jointly by Revolut Research and NVIDIA. NVIDIA cuDF accelerates data preparation and feature engineering across billions of records. Shared embeddings support fraud prevention, credit risk and transaction prediction. Nebius reports 3× faster pre-training efficiency and a 21% improvement in fraud-detection precision. PRAGMA has 10M, 100M and 1B parameter variants. PRAGMA-M trained on 16 H100 GPUs for two weeks. The 10M variant handles real-time fraud detection, while the 1B variant targets precision-heavy tasks such as credit scoring. Sequence packing and dynamic batching delivered 2–5× throughput improvements across the variants. LoRA adaptation updates 1–2% of parameters for downstream tasks and took roughly one-eighth the wall-clock time of full pre-training.

Nebius Token Factory serves PRAGMA inference, financial-crime agents and customer-service chat through dedicated endpoints. The agents process two million tasks per month and prevent millions of fraudulent transactions each month. Nebius says the agents make millions of risk decisions monthly. Every decision is traceable, explainable and replayable. After evaluating DeepSeek R1 and Kimi K2, the financial-crime team moved to Kimi K2.5 and stabilized throughput with dedicated endpoints. Staged evaluations narrow the data passed into large-context reasoning, alongside observability, auditability and governance controls.

Chat orchestration handles up to 1.2 million monthly support tickets. Custom weights are deployed into Token Factory for production traffic. Nebius reports roughly 80% of chats resolved without human escalation. Its customer story says the system will soon reach 90%. Revolut worked with Nebius solutions architects to improve orchestration, latency, cost and stability. Savita Raina names Revolut’s Nikolay Donets among participants in the newly launched Nebius Customer Advisory Board, which provides input into the product roadmap.
