Prior Labs develops foundation models that make predictions from structured data in tables, spreadsheets and databases. Its main product, TabPFN, supports classification, regression and forecasting for data scientists, researchers and enterprise teams. The company offers open-source models, an API and deployment in customers’ own cloud environments. Applications include financial risk assessment, loan approvals, rail maintenance, marketing forecasts and biomedical research. Its current flagship model is TabPFN-3.5. Prior Labs operates as a private subsidiary of SAP following the completed acquisition in July 2026.
