How they use Nebius Token Factory
Praxis Repina uses Nebius to generate mathematical vectors from incoming inquiry information for its internal search. Its privacy policy says it sends the subject, sender name or email address, an AI-generated summary and automatically extracted details such as names or contact information to Nebius.
The resulting vectors are stored exclusively on the practice’s own server. The practice states that it has a data processing agreement with Nebius. A separate provider handles the initial categorization and summarization of incoming emails.
