How they use Tavily
Portable uses Tavily web search to research companies submitting quotation requests or registering for its service. Its privacy policy says this research checks public company information, including business name, industry and size, to prepare sales responses. The policy records this as existing use.
The workflow sends AI-generated search queries to Tavily. These queries may contain a company name, business registration number, mobile phone number or email address. The policy states that Tavily processes the queries for search and may use parts of them to improve future search responses.
