What’s disclosed
PADO procures GPU capacity through its own Nebius account. Its services agreement identifies PADO as Nebius’s customer of record. The service is offered in beta for evaluation, development and testing. The agreement advises against production workloads.
PADO provisions each customer in a separate Nebius tenant, with separate storage and access policies. Customer credentials are restricted to that customer’s tenant. The schedule describes isolation between customers’ virtual machines, storage and networks. Nebius supplies the underlying compute, networking, storage and data center infrastructure.
Customers must accept the Nebius Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement before provisioning. PADO records the accepting person, date, time and agreement version. Nebius’s Compute Cloud SLA commits to 99.50% uptime for PADO’s account. PADO passes through recovered credits attributable to a customer’s virtual machines in full.
