How they use Tavily
LoyJoy uses Tavily for the Web Search tool in its AI Agent module. Agent queries are sent to Tavily, and the top results return to the agent. Searches can be restricted to selected domains. The tool lets agents answer questions outside their knowledge base.
LoyJoy also documents Nebius language models for dialogue management and generating chat responses. Its subprocessor history records that Nebius became optional on June 22, 2026, when default inference moved to LoyJoy-owned hardware in Münster. Nebius remains listed for answering customer questions when explicitly selected by a tenant and is inactive while the default path is in use.
