Lightning AI provides an AI development platform and GPU marketplace for developers and technical teams. Nebius named Lightning AI among its customer wins in the second quarter of 2025. The companies integrated their platforms so Lightning users can access Nebius GPU capacity. Lightning AI's September 2025 announcement described H100 and H200 GPUs, InfiniBand networking and access to six data centers with zero setup.
Lightning AI's August 2025 marketplace announcement described on-demand GPUs and reserved clusters with managed SLURM, Kubernetes or Lightning orchestration. Nebius's Laurelle Roseman said the collaboration made its infrastructure easier for enterprises to adopt. In its Q2 2025 earnings call, Nebius said the collaboration simplifies how teams scale and deploy AI workloads using Nebius. These disclosures describe the customer relationship and platform connection without identifying a workload run by Lightning AI's own team.
An October 2026 service recovery incident listed Nebius as offline on October 3. A later update that day said Lightning Model APIs were back online while Nebius remained offline. Lightning AI marked the incident resolved on October 5.
