How they use Tavily
GRAX demonstrated a Salesforce lead enrichment agent using Tavily for web search in February 2025. The agent researches leads and proposes updates to their Salesforce records. The demonstration uses a GRAX employee’s lead record.
Built with LangGraph and hosted on Heroku, the agent combines Salesforce queries, web search, website visits and record updates. Tavily supplies search, while Playwright enables website browsing. The application logs its interactions. GRAX reports that the demonstrated agent corrected validation errors and completed record updates. Its data lake and backup history support querying and rolling back changes.
