Dentoo uses Nebius AI Studio as a fallback for Dia, its customer chat assistant, when its locally operated language model is temporarily unavailable. Dia answers questions about products, prices and services and can hand conversations to staff.
Dentoo’s privacy policy says fallback requests are processed in a selected EU region. Only conversation content and relevant product context are sent to Nebius, excluding the customer’s name and email address. Dentoo says zero data retention is enabled for its account, so Nebius does not retain inputs or responses or use them to train AI models.
