What’s disclosed
Cohere builds enterprise language models and agent software. Nebius said it closed an AI infrastructure capacity deal with Cohere in the second quarter of 2026 to support that work. CEO Arkady Volozh described the deal within Nebius AI Cloud's midterm contracts of one to three years. The associated capacity was scheduled to come online later in 2026. Nebius said the Cohere agreement includes next-generation NVIDIA architectures and technical collaboration. Marc Boroditsky said all four landmark customers validated Nebius technology through hands-on proofs of concept.
Separately, Nebius named Cohere as a Tavily customer in its February 2026 announcement. Tavily had already named Cohere among companies it served in August 2025. TechCrunch reported that Tavily provides Cohere's agents with tools to search, crawl and extract structured insights from public and private sources. A Cohere staff product manager told Sacra that Cohere uses Tavily for web search. The manager works on North, Cohere's enterprise AI assistant deployed in secure customer environments. Savita Raina also named Cohere's Autumn Moulder among participants in the Nebius Customer Advisory Board.
