How they use Nebius AI Cloud
bunq runs open-weight models for its assistant Finn with NVIDIA and Nebius on dedicated NVIDIA GPUs in the EU. In a week-long A/B test of Kimi K3 in support conversations, bunq reported quality within 1% of the best proprietary model, around 60% of its cost per answer, a 1.9-second median response time and six days from the first dedicated endpoint to live traffic. It said the provider retained no data.
bunq says GLM 5.3 is in a live test sized to handle Finn’s full workload on half the GPUs. Finn provides personalized spending and budget insights and answers questions about bunq accounts through its in-app Support chat.
